Florida Pound Cake
Our most popular selection! Four scrumptious layers of moist, golden southern pound cake are flavored with fresh lemon and orange zest. We then treat that pound cake to a generous filling of your choice of dreamy, creamy mousse. May we suggest Tangy Lemon, Raspberry, or Chocolate. Top all this with our French Vanilla Buttercream Icing for a memorable taste treat.
Chocolate Fudge Cake
This will surely satisfy any chocolate connoisseur. Four hearty layers of dense, rich fudge cake, lovingly created with the finest bittersweet chocolate available. Separating each layer of cake is your choice of tart raspberry or Meyers Dark RumŽ laced chocolate mousse. Iced with a layer of velvety vanilla buttercream.
Vanilla Cake
Our memorable improvement on the traditional "white cake." A unique blend of fine-textured cake and the savory flavor of pure vanilla. As with all Sugaree Baking Company creations, we're talking all butter and whole eggs! Another fine complement to any of our flavorful mousses. Heavenly buttercream icing finishes this epiphany of taste.
Carrot Cake
Our sweet, moist, rich Carrot Cake is created with freshly grated carrots, natural canola, and just a hint of spice. Nestled between each layer is a luscious marriage of cream cheese icing and our special coconut pecan filling. Then, we wrap the outside with an equally impressive combination of cream cheese and buttercream icing. Yum!
